We Are Poets - Did You Know It?
Did you know that the streets in our neighborhood are named for famous poets and literary greats?  Well, now you do!  Greil Marcus is an American author, musical journalist and cultural critic. Alfred Tennyson was Poet Laureate of the United Kingdom and is one of the most popular or English poets. George Bernard Shaw was an Irish writier and famed playwright who wrote over sixty plays.  Harold Pinter is a British playwright, screenwriter, poet, actor and political activist.  Samuel Barclay Beckett was an Irish dramatist, novelist and poet.  Click on the link under Community to see all of the information for the namesakes of our streets.

Know a Good Home Improvement Vendor?
If you have a great painter, carpenter, electrician or any other home improvement vendor that you would recommend to your neighbors, please let us know.  We will include them on our website.  You will help them to gain more business AND make it easier for your neighbors to find good help for their improvement projects. Please email the information to the HOA Board by clicking on the email link at the bottom of this webpage. Thank you!

Improvement Applications
Don’t forget, if you have a home improvement project that requires HOA approval, please complete the form (located at the Documents link above) and send it to Towne Properties right away. Most applications are approved within a week.  If you want to know if your improvement requires approval, please contact any of the HOA Board members listed below.  Please remember that if you do not file the proper improvement application, you will be subject to fines, up to and including removal or reversal of the improvement.  

Mailbox Repair and Replacement
If you need replacement or major repairs to your mailbox, please contact Mailbox Installers, 350 Center Street, Miamiville, OH 45147, 513-831-1987 (fax 513-576-6513).  If you are staining your mailbox yourself, the color to use is Behr House & Fence Stain, Oxford Brown #359.  This can be purchased at Home Depot.  Please remember that all mailboxes must remain identical in order to meet the HOA requirements.

Neighborhood Watch
We have a Neighborhood Watch at the Pointe at Beckett. Please click on the Documents link above to find neighbors on the call list. If you notice something out of the ordinary, please contact the non-emergency number for the West Chester Police Department at 777-2231.
